My Story

After losing my own father to mental illness in November of 2020 & having had my fair share of grieving experiences throughout my life, I had the urge to start my own business that could give back to others who are experiencing grief. Grief is such a hard thing to go through & I want people to know that they are never alone in their journey of grief.

"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." - Matthew 5:4

For most of us, while we experience grief, we hope for some sort of normalcy. We hope for those around us to see & acknowledge what we are going through (not necessarily understand). We hope for our lives to go back to the way it was before, knowing full well that it may not. We hope for others to help us take care of ourselves when sometimes we cannot.

Whether you know someone who just experienced a loss or is going through a hard/difficult time or you know of someone who went through something 5 years ago, I've learned that grief never truly leaves us. We build around that grief & it can still affect us in waves at different times in our lives.

There is never a bad time to give to others. A box that shows up 5 years later that says "Still Thinking of You" can mean the world to many. Some of the gifts that my friends & family gave me during my own grief journey are still to this day, the most treasured gifts because it reminds me that they saw me in my grief.

I created these Grief Boxes to help those going through a difficult time. Each box is uniquely designed to bring peace, comfort, & warmth to those who receive them. They are put together by me & prayed over for your recipient.

For every box that is purchased, part of the proceeds will be placed in a fund to help those in need. It is our way of giving back to those who are suffering or going through their own grief journey.

"For the Lord will not cast off for ever, but, though he cause grief, he will have compassion according to the abundance of his steadfast love; for he does not willingly afflict or grieve the sons of men."  - Lamentations 3: 31-33
